Return & Exchange Policy

At Beyot Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

2. Damaged or Broken Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • In case your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

  • Once the damage is confirmed, Beyot Home will arrange compensation by sending a replacement order within 3 business days.

  • This applies to damage that occurred during delivery or before the order was received by the customer.

3. Returns Due to Defects or Other Reasons

For returns or exchanges due to a product defect, change of mind, or any other reason, the item must be returned through one of our Beyot Home branches:

  • Downtown Cairo Branch

  • Fifth Settlement Branch

The returned item must meet our return and exchange conditions and be in its original condition.

4. Order Confirmation & Deposit

All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before being processed.

A deposit may be required to confirm your order, and the order will only be processed after the required deposit has been received.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return is approved.

If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method and the applicable terms of the order.

6. Important Notes

  • Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale and clearance items may be subject to different return and exchange conditions.

  • Customers should contact us before returning any item to ensure that the return or exchange request is accepted.
